I am an independent curator and founder of Whiteshepherd Art, based in London.My curatorialpractice engages with contemporary art through the lenses of gender identity, migration anddiaspora, and feminist body politics, with a sustained interest in cross-cultural exchange asboth curatorial method and critical framework. Over the course of my career,I have curated more than twenty-five exhibitions and fourinternational art fairs, presenting the work of over forty artists across the United Kingdom andChina. These projects have engaged audiences exceeding 20,000 visitors and facilitated over $250,000 in art sales. Central to my practice is the development of platforms for internationalartistic exchange - introducing emerging British contemporary artists to audiences in China, andestablishing the critical and institutional conditions necessary for their work to be received and understood across divergent cultural contexts.
